I want to do this
What do you mean by "hacking device". This is entirely to vague to give a meaningful answer.
Well maybe like a device that can do something’s that kali Linux can do
What exactly do you want to accomplish? Is this going to be used to cheat on something in a malicious way or will you try to hack NASA or what?
If you attach a saw blade to one end you can make it a 'hack'saw.
As Merth said, "hacking device" is not a very helpful term.

One thing to realize is that something like Kali Linux just has a collection of tools that can be used for penetration testing. Some of these tools could, in theory, be ported to the nspire and most could be run on the nspire if you install Linux on it. That said, most "hacking" tools require either network access or more system resources than the nspire has, e.g. CPU performance or memory capacity. Whatever device you used to make these posts would be far more effective.

If you aren't familiar with Linux systems, I would suggest installing a beginner friendly distro on a spare computer or virtual machine and playing around with it. The skills learned are quite useful if you want to pursue a career in software engineering, IT, or other paths, and you'd be amazed how many university CS students have no idea what to do when presented with a terminal.

Another thing is that hacking requires a deep understanding of the systems that you're trying to penetrate, so becoming familiar with different software environments and programming languages/models is a prerequisite for effective hacking. It's not as easy as learning a few tools and putting them to use.

TL;DR: While you can run "hacking" tools on a nspire, it's not going to be useful. And you should become familiar with *nix systems and programming before trying to learn to hack, otherwise you'll be out of your depth.

You cannot.
You also should not.
